TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All guests and companions must register at our Front Desk upon check-in.
  2. Visitors are allowed from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Kindly leave the name of your expected guest with one of our Front Office Staff and you shall receive a call once your guest has arrived.
  3. Visitors staying beyond 10:00 pm should be registered at the Front Desk and may be charged accordingly beyond 10:00 pm.
  4. Check-in time is at 2:00 pm; check-out time is at 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to room availability. Charges may apply.
  5. Each room is provided with towels and toiletries based on the number of registered guests.
  6. Requests for additional items shall be charged.
  7. Any damage to appliances, linens, and fixtures in the room shall be charged to the guest accordingly.
  8. Loss of room key and access card shall be charged accordingly.
  9. Guests shall refrain from turning their music players and television to full blast, and making boisterous or loud noises that may interfere with the rights, comfort, peace, and convenience of other guests.
  10. Guests are not allowed to bring any dangerous articles or objects that our Management may reasonably prohibit.
  11. Guests are prohibited to bring into or keep in the room flammable, combustible or explosive fluids, materials, chemicals or substances that may expose the premises to fire, nor install any apparatus, machinery or equipment which may cause foul odors, tremors or noise, or expose the unit or the property to fire.
  12. Guests shall not hang or maintain any laundry or clotheslines, permanent or temporary, in any part of the room exposed to the public view. We have provided you with laundry services for your convenience.
  13. Guests shall not throw nor permit anyone to throw any material or substance whatsoever out of or from any window door or passage.
  14. Each room is provided with a Safety Deposit Box for your valuables. The Management shall not be held liable for any articles lost within the premises.
  15. May we request you to advise our Front Desk a few minutes before you check-out in order to give ample time to check your last-minute consumption from the minibar.
  16. Pets are not allowed in our units.
  17. The Management shall be constrained to firmly request the guests to check-out of the premises should they continue to willfully violate the House Rules & Regulations.
  18. Over and above the maximum number of guests, a corresponding charge of Php1,500.00 nett per person/extra bed shall be applied.
  19. Only registered guests are allowed to use the facilities and amenities of the hotel.
  20. Only 1 key per room will be issued upon check in. Any lost key shall be charged Php200.

  1. Additional amenities outside the standard room set up will be charged accordingly.

 

ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS

 

  1. Parties and gatherings beyond the allowed time and number of guests in the room are not allowed and will be charged at Php1500 per person.
  2. Excessive noise that can disturb other guests.
  3. Loitering in the guest floor hallways and corridors.
  4. Unauthorized use/access of the fire exit.
  5. Reconfiguration of room’s furniture and fixtures.
  6. Pets are not allowed.
  7. Videokes, music instruments like Amplifiers and Speakers are not allowed.
  8. Bringing in of confetti / party poppers are discouraged.
  9. Over use of room will be charged at Php1000.
  10. Any alcoholic beverages are not allowed.

 

ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMERS

 

  1. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse or send out guests / visitors as deemed necessary.
  2. Any damaged / lost items inside and/or misuse of the room will be charged accordingly.
