Damages
Any damage to appliances, linens and fixtures in the room shall be charged to the guest accordingly.

Emergency Assistance
In case of emergency, please contact the Front Desk at local 299 or 298, or the hotel's Security at local 888 for immediate assistance.

No Pets Policy
Pets of any kind are not allowed in the building.

No-Smoking Policy
We actively support Pasig City’s NO SMOKING Ordinance which we hope you will support. A surcharge of PHP 5,000 shall be charged to your account for any evidence of smoking inside the room.

No-Party Room Policy
To ensure that all our guests are comfortable and have a peaceful stay, we strictly enforce a No-Party Room Policy in all of our rooms. Those who are planning an event are encouraged to contact our Sales and Marketing Department for further assistance.

Privacy & Confidentiality of Stay
Please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your doorknob for complete privacy. In such case, you may also request from Front Desk to take messages for you.

Visiting Guests
Visitors are allowed from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Kindly leave the name of your expected guest with one of our Front Desk Staff and you shall receive a call
once your guest has arrived. Visitors staying beyond 10:00 pm should be registered at the Front Desk and may be charged accordingly.
